Consultant Physiotherapist

QI LIFECARE is looking out for a dedicated and experienced Physiotherapist to join our dynamic healthcare team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a supportive environment where patient care and professional development are top priorities.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assess patients’ physical conditions and develop individualized treatment plans
• Implement therapeutic programs to improve mobility, strength, and coordination
• Diagnosing and treating patients with musculoskeletal problems
• Recommending the services and products to the patients for their treatment
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as needed
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercises and injury prevention
• Collaborate with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
• Stay updated with the latest techniques and best practices in physiotherapy

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

• Must have 0 - 1 year of experience in practicing physiotherapy and treating patients with musculoskeletal problems.
• Freshers are most welcome.
• Bachelors in Physiotherapy (completed 6 months internship) or Masters in physiotherapy.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Empathy, patience, and a genuine passion for helping others
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

WHAT WE OFFER:

• Training - will be given on MTD Techniques, Mckenzie, Maitland, Mulligan, Neuro dynamics Kinetic Controls, etc.
• Any 8 hrs Shift between 7am to 9pm for Mumbai candidates and for Delhi candidates (8am- 8pm) shift. 6 days working / Any 1 day week off .
• Salary up to 4.75 LPA for MPT, up to 3.5 LPA for BPT (depending on Clinical Knowledge & Experience).
• 1.5 years Bond is applicable.
• There would be 2 rounds of Interview- 1) CLINICAL 2) MANAGEMENT

LOCATION: 1) Mumbai - Marine Lines/ Borivali/ Andheri/ Linking Road

Training will be at Ghatkopar/ Kurla for 1 month

LOCATION: 2) Delhi- Gurgaon

Training will be at GREATER KAILASH for 1 month.

LOCATION 3) Bangalore- Jayanagar/ Malleshwaram

Training will be at Malleshwaram for 1 month
