About the Role
We are seeking a committed Physiotherapist with 2–3 years of experience to join our hospital-based team. The role involves managing a diverse mix of cases in a hospital setup, including musculoskeletal, orthopedic, neurological, post-operative, and general rehabilitation cases. The position also includes exposure to women’s health and pediatric physiotherapy, along with involvement in community physiotherapy programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive physiotherapy assessments and deliver evidence-based treatment
- Manage musculoskeletal, orthopedic, neurological, geriatric, pediatric, and post-surgical rehabilitation cases.
- Provide physiotherapy care in women’s health and pediatric cases as per clinical requirements.
- Participate in community physiotherapy initiatives, outreach programs, and home care services when required.
- Develop individualized treatment plans and track patient progress.
- Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation and records.
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and allied healthcare professionals for integrated patient care.
- Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, rehabilitation plans, and preventive care.
- Participate in clinical meetings, case discussions, and professional development activities.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s in Physiotherapy (BPT); MPT is an added advantage.
- 2–3 years of clinical experience in a hospital or multi-specialty setup.
- Exposure to women’s health and pediatric physiotherapy is preferred.
- Experience with community physiotherapy programs is an advantage.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
