Role Purpose:
The External Communication function at Insights is responsible for ensuring clear, consistent, and impactful communication with external stakeholders, including executive leadership, strategic partners, investors, regulators, and key business collaborators. This role serves as a central point for developing executive-level reports, structured communication materials, strategic updates, and data visualization dashboards that align with governance standards and organizational objectives.
The function combines strategic communication expertise with advanced data analytics and visualization capabilities, leveraging tools such as Tableau and Power BI to translate complex datasets into executive-ready insights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage executive communication materials, including progress reports, strategic summaries, and performance updates for senior leadership and external stakeholders.
- Translate complex business, financial, and operational data into clear, concise, and visually engaging presentations, executive briefs, and interactive dashboards.
- Design, develop, and maintain dynamic dashboards using Tableau and Power BI to provide real-time visibility into KPIs, performance metrics, and strategic initiatives.
- Transform raw data into actionable insights through data modeling, visualization best practices, and structured reporting frameworks.
- Coordinate with internal teams to consolidate accurate information and ensure alignment of external communication with organizational priorities.
- Prepare structured communication packages highlighting milestones, performance indicators, risks, financial summaries, and key achievements.
- Support leadership in communicating organizational initiatives, strategic developments, and project updates to external stakeholders using data-backed storytelling techniques.
- Ensure all external communication reflects Insights’ professional standards, accuracy, confidentiality, and strategic positioning.
- Establish reporting governance standards, dashboard frameworks, and visualization templates to ensure consistency, transparency, and scalability.
- Facilitate effective stakeholder engagement by ensuring communication clarity, consistency, and alignment with business objectives through data-driven insights.

The External Communication function plays a critical role in strengthening stakeholder confidence, supporting executive decision-making, and reinforcing Insights’ positioning through structured, accurate, and data-driven communication.
