Your role, your impact
As an Oracle EPM Cloud EDM & Planning Lead Consultant, Managed Services, you’ll provide ongoing support and maintenance of Oracle EPBCS applications, ensuring system stability, data integrity, and alignment with business needs. You’ll manage issue resolution, enhancements, integrations, end-user support, and performance optimization. Additionally, you’ll partner with clients to deliver continuous improvements, optimize financial models, and ensure effective planning and forecasting processes.
Your day-to-day
Lead and support Oracle EPM Planning and EPBCS application development and maintenance, including configuration, enhancements, and troubleshooting;
Administer and configure EPBCS modules, including Financials and Workforce Planning;
Collaborate directly with client users to gather requirements, analyze issues, and deliver scalable, high-quality solutions;
Provide both functional and technical support to end users and stakeholders;
Design, develop, and optimize planning models, metadata hierarchies, business rules, calculations, forms, dashboards, reports, and data integrations;
Maintain and manage Enterprise Data Management (EDM) artifacts such as hierarchies, approvals, and data governance processes;
Configure EDM applications, including views, node types, properties, imports, exports, and subscriptions;
Maintain and support integrations between EDM and connected systems (e.g., EPBCS, FCC, ARCS);
Perform root cause analysis and implement effective corrective actions for system issues.
Keys to your success
Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, information systems, computer science, or a related field;
Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience implementing and supporting Oracle EPM solutions;
Extensive experience implementing and supporting Oracle EPM Cloud applications, with deep expertise in Oracle Planning, particularly with the EPBCS Financials and Workforce Planning modules, and Enterprise Data Management (EDM);
Strong experience with data integrations, EPM Automate, Data Management, and related tools;
Proven expertise in Oracle EPM Planning, including EPBCS configuration, administration, and out-of-the-box modules;
Strong knowledge of Enterprise Data Management (EDM);
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a demonstrated capacity to work independently;
Strong communication and documentation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
Extra edge
Experience with or exposure to Account Reconciliation Cloud Service (ARCS);
Good knowledge of Groovy scripting for advanced calculation logic and workflow automation.
