Consultant - Program Management

Job Description

This role ensures alignment across teams, manages dependencies and risks, and delivers programs on time, within scope, and on budget.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans and timelines, including project scope, objectives, deliverables, milestones, resources, and budgets aligned to organizational goals and objectives.
• Monitor project progress, identifying and managing risks, issues, and changes that impact project timelines, scope, and deliverables.
• Manage project scope, budget, resources, and timelines, ensuring that the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, including project sponsors, business users, developers, and external vendors, to ensure that project objectives and expectations are met.
• Communicate project status, progress, and risks to all stakeholders, ensuring that they are informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure compliance with project management best practices, methodologies, and industry standards, including PMBOK, Prince2, Agile, and SCRUM.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in project or program management
• Proven experience managing complex, cross ‑ functional programs
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid)
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Strong analytical, problem ‑ solving, and decision ‑ making abilities.
