Consultant – Project Controls Manager (PMD)

About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Consultant to join our Growth Portfolio Department within the Project Management Division (PMD). This role is focused on driving large-scale transformation and managing high-impact projects for government and major corporate clients. You will be instrumental in conducting feasibility studies, designing operating models, and managing the entire project lifecycle to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and deliver large-scale programs and projects, from initiation to completion.
• Conduct in-depth feasibility studies, gap/SWOT analysis, and develop sophisticated financial models to support strategic decisions.
• Design and implement change management strategies, support organizational transformation, and develop new operating models.
• Prepare and manage procurement documentation (RFPs, RFIs, RFQs) and oversee vendor selection and management.
• Track KPIs, perform advanced data analysis, and create compelling, executive-level presentations and reports.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 6–8 years of experience in management consulting or large-scale project/program management.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Industrial, or Systems). A Master’s degree is a strong plus.
• Certifications: PMP®, PRINCE2, Prosci Change Management, or Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification is highly preferred.
• Skills: Proven ability in financial modeling, vendor management, and executive-level communication.
• Language: Excellent command of both English and Arabic, with strong business writing skills.
