Key Responsibilities

• Conduct patient assessments, diagnoses, and provide treatment plans for mental health conditions.
• Offer counseling, psychotherapy, and medication management when required.
• Collaborate with psychologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals for comprehensive care.
• Maintain detailed, confidential medical records and patient histories.
• Follow all DOH regulations and ethical guidelines for mental health practice.

Requirements

• MBBS with specialization in Psychiatry (MD / Equivalent).
• Valid DOH / HAAD license or eligibility to obtain one.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to patient confidentiality and high-quality care.

Compensation & Benefits

• Basic Salary: AED 3,000 – 5,000 (based on experience).
