Consultant, SAP FI/CO/PS

We are looking for a SAP FICO Consultant with a strong focus on support, implementation, and integration in a manufacturing environment. If you're passionate about SAP, thrive in dynamic environments, and enjoy solving complex business challenges, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

• Timely resolution of support tickets within SLA
• Meeting turnaround time (TAT) targets
• Managing ticket ageing effectively
• Identifying and resolving recurring issues (Problem Tickets)
• Contributing to SAP projects, including travel to client locations

The role is based in our office in SP Infocity, Pune – but it goes without saying that the remote & hybrid working is a part of our modern ways of working.

The qualifications and experience required for the role focused on support, implementation, and integration of SAP FICO tools:

Core Requirements:

• 2–5 years in SAP FICO Consulting
• Strong hands-on experience in SAP FICO (Finance & Controlling).
• Practical experience with SAP S/4HANA.
• SAP Implementation experience (preferred/added advantage).
• In-depth knowledge of manufacturing business processes.
• Experience with period-end closing and integration activities.
• Integration experience with SD (Sales & Distribution), MM (Materials Management), and PS (Project Systems) modules.
• Proficiency in requirement gathering, configuration, testing, and support.
• Strong project documentation skills.

Bonus/Preferred Skills:

• ITIL certification or awareness of ITIL processes.
• Experience with ServiceNow (incident management, ticketing, etc.).
• Familiarity with SAP Solution Manager.
• Basic understanding of ABAP debugging and user-exits.
• Awareness of ISO 14001 & 45001 standards

Any Graduate with SAP FICO certification
