Advanced Financial Modelling and Valuation

Lead the development and maintenance of financial models to analyse the financial impact of various lease scenarios.

Conducts scenario validation workshops with finance, strategy, and operations teams to refine investment cases.

Performs cash flow sufficiency tests (C4) to evaluate the sustainability of lease obligations.

Implement lease valuation analyses to determine the fair market value of land leases.

Supervise DCF analysis, NPV calculations, and IRR assessments.

Provide strategic support for the preparation of financial reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
Dashboard Development

Lead the development of comprehensive dashboards for real time data and analytics, ensuring they meet the needs of various stakeholders and provide actionable insights.

Lead the design, preparation and utilization of strategic dashboards to monitor key performance indicators and departmental metrics, enabling proactive management and strategic adjustments.

Strategic Lease Acquisitions and Dispositions

Lead the assessment and strategic planning of potential lease acquisitions and dispositions.

Conduct and oversee due diligence and financial analysis to evaluate the viability of lease transactions.

Coordinate with external advisors and stakeholders to facilitate smooth transaction processes.

Monitor and report on the strategic performance of acquired and disposed leases to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Education/ Other Requirements
-
Degree/s in Finance and/or Accounting, CFA Level 1, CAIA Level 1, CPA, ACCA
-
Advanced MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Advanced Presentation skills
-
Communication Skills with a pleasant and agreeable personality.

UAE driver’s license, with the ability to drive to various locations in the UAE (Value Add)
