A results-driven consultant specializing in lean transformation, process optimization, and supply chain efficiency. This role focuses on diagnosing operational challenges, designing streamlined processes, and implementing performance improvement strategies across infrastructure, industrial, and public sector projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support and facilitate process mapping workshops and value stream analysis
• Design and implement lean-based process improvements across various sectors
• Conduct current and future state assessments to identify inefficiencies and opportunities
• Support capital project optimization through data-driven diagnostics and stakeholder engagement
• Develop and apply performance management frameworks and KPIs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and adoption of new processes
• Operate in public sector in the Middle East to support transformation initiatives

• Dubai/UAE Based
• Supply Chain Management background/ certification
• Lean Certification
• Engineering or technical undergraduate degree
• Transport Background
• Certified Agile Scrum Master & APM PMQ
• Strong analytical, facilitation, and communication skills
• Experience working with Middle East government entities is a strong asset
• Arabic Speaking
