Consultant, Senior (M3 Finance)

Infor consultants are responsible for implementing Functional Process Applications on Infor Consulting Services implementation projects. This billable role is crucial to the success of our projects. Infor Consultants work with Clients to implement Infor software and industry-standard processes to reduce costs, increase customer service, and create frameworks for enhanced collaboration and business efficiency. While our technology is the enabler and vehicle for achieving business benefits, the quality and experience of our consultants are key differentiators.

A Day in The Life Typically Includes:

• Assist in the realization of business benefits for clients.
• Participate in full life cycle client-facing implementation projects relating to Infor applications, working as part of an Infor Project team.
• Lead the information gathering and design process for a client implementation, including the development of functional business requirements and solution scope documents.
• Configure a client business solution.
• Develop and execute test plans and test software configurations.
• Provide training to client’s key and end users.
• Provide implementation consultancy and application best practice advice.
• Achieve engagement objectives.
• Provide regular internal reports on the status of projects.

Basic Qualifications:

• Finance (ERP) software implementation experience in at least one industry segment: Food & Beverage, Chemicals, Equipment, Service Management & Rental, Fashion, Distribution and/or Manufacturing.
• Experience with process manufacturing, warehouse management, ERP logistics.
• Project experience with ERP configurations and implementations.
• Business & industry experience in financial processes.
• Full lifecycle implementation experience implementing finance ERP systems.
• Customer-facing consulting experience.
• Willingness to travel throughout North America (US and Canada) 70% or more.
• Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Infor M3 software or other finance software utilized in process manufacturing or food and beverage.
• Experience in ERP software implementation in any finance area.
• Fundamental Accounting Principles and their applications in business processes.
• Finance or accounting degree.
