We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented ServiceNow ITSM Functional Consultant with 3–5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of ITSM processes, hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform capabilities, and the ability to translate business needs into effective ServiceNow solutions.

Engage with business stakeholders to gather and analyze ITSM requirements.

Configure and enhance ServiceNow ITSM modules including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and CMDB.

Design and implement workflows, business rules, and UI policies to support business processes.

Collaborate with technical teams to support integrations and customizations.

Provide functional expertise during implementation, testing, and deployment phases.

Conduct training and knowledge transfer sessions for end-users and support teams.

Maintain documentation for functional configurations and process flows.

Stay updated with ServiceNow platform upgrades and new features.

3–5 years of experience working with ServiceNow ITSM modules.

Strong understanding of ITIL framework and its application within ServiceNow.

Experience in writing functional specifications and working with development teams.

Familiarity with ServiceNow App Engine and low-code/no-code development.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or ITSM Implementation Specialist certification preferred.

Exposure to other ServiceNow modules like HRSD, CSM, or FSM.

Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Knowledge of reporting and performance analytics in ServiceNow.
