To ensure cohesion and collaboration in the workplace, Resource Group associates filling remote roles are expected to be available for meetings and other work related needs between 9AM-4PM CST. This role falls within one of The Resource Group's Solution Support Communities: a group of teams focused on maintaining the integrity and evolution of critical business functions. These Communities provide support across The Resource Group solution offerings to strengthen business continuity, increase growth, and enhance customer experience. Information about the responsibilities for this role can be found below:

  • Partners with executives to manage meeting outcomes/action items, presentation development, and other communications deliverables ensuring that time is spent in areas that further the organization’s goals
  • Leads project management of assigned projects including resource coordination, planning, stakeholder communication and implementation
  • Administers, analyzes, implements, and tracks improvement initiatives for assigned projects
  • Engages leadership to design and implement continuous improvement across solution and community operations
  • Acts as the leadership representative and subject-matter expert for all projects, communities, and teams related to/reporting to the respective executive leader
What minimum qualifications you'll need:
Education:
  • High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
What additional requirements you'll need:

  • A Bachelor's degree
  • 1-2 years of professional experience
  • Professional working proficiency of Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace applications (Docs, Slides, Sheets, etc)
