Consultant - Strategy Lead AI

Job Description

Role Purpose

The role exists to help malomatia turn AI ambition into practical, measurable, and adopted outcomes. This includes supporting internal AI initiatives through the AI Hub, while also leading or contributing to client-facing AI strategy and advisory engagements.

The role will help ensure that AI initiatives are not limited to concepts or presentations, but are translated into clear use cases, business cases, adoption plans, delivery roadmaps, and measurable value.

Responsibilities

Desired Experience

  • Experience in consulting, analytics, product management, strategy, or business and digital transformation roles.
  • Exposure to Data & AI, analytics, automation, GenAI, digital products, or technology-enabled transformation initiatives.
  • Experience supporting or leading AI-related engagements, transformation programs, workshops, business cases, and strategic initiatives.
  • Ability to conduct research, benchmarking, analysis, stakeholder discussions, and structured executive deliverables.
  • Ability to identify and structure AI-driven opportunities based on business problems and strategic objectives.
  • Experience translating business challenges into actionable AI, Data, automation, or digital solution concepts.
  • Experience facilitating workshops, stakeholder alignment sessions, and use case prioritization activities.
  • Understanding of AI use case definition, value realization, adoption planning, and change enablement.
  • Experience working with cross-functional business and technical teams to ensure feasibility, usability, adoption, and measurable impact.
  • Track record of contributing to or leading client engagements and/or internal strategic initiatives with measurable business outcomes.
  • Ability to shape AI roadmaps, governance principles, operating approaches, and value realization models.
  • Experience advising senior stakeholders and supporting strategic decision-making related to AI and digital transformation

Qualifications

Desired Educational Background

Required : Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field.

Preferred: Master’s Degree, MBA, MSc, or relevant certifications in strategy, analytics, AI, product management, digital transformation, or change management

Language Requirement

  • English: mandatory
  • Arabic: preferred
