Consultant Urologist

The Role
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Consultant Urologist to join our leading healthcare team in Dubai. Responsibilities: - Diagnose and treat a wide range of urological conditions, including urinary tract infections, kidney stones, and cancers of the urinary system. - Perform surgical procedures such as endoscopic surgeries, prostatectomies, and reconstructive surgeries. - Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs. - Provide pre-operative and post-operative care, ensuring patient safety and comfort. - Maintain detailed patient records and ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards. - Participate in ongoing professional development and contribute to the training of junior medical staff. - Engage in clinical research and quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.

Requirements

• Medical degree with specialization in Urology from a recognized institution. - Valid medical license to practice in UAE, preferably with Dubai Health Authority (DHA) or equivalent certification. - Proven experience as a Consultant Urologist, with demonstrated expertise in both surgical and non-surgical treatments. - Strong diagnostic skills and ability to handle complex urological cases. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare teams. - Commitment to continuous learning and adherence to the highest medical standards. - Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary healthcare environment.
