The Impact You'll Make
As a Consultant – Vendor & Asset Management (WAN), you will play a critical role in ensuring seamless connectivity and operational excellence across our WAN infrastructure. Your expertise will help us build strong vendor partnerships, maintain accurate asset inventories, and optimize processes that drive cost efficiency and service quality. By continuously identifying improvement opportunities, you will contribute to creating a resilient and future-ready network environment that empowers our business to scale and innovate.
What You’ll Be Doing
  • You will strengthen WAN infrastructure by managing vendor relationships and asset lifecycles, ensuring cost efficiency, service quality, and continuous improvement
  • Act as the primary contact for vendors, monitor SLAs, and drive performance reviews
  • Maintain accurate inventory of circuits, contracts, and equipment while overseeing renewals and upgrades
  • Support procurement in negotiations and collaborate on compliance with contract terms
  • Identify process optimization opportunities and leverage data analytics for efficiency and cost savings
  • Prepare reports and documentation to provide actionable insights to stakeholders
  • We seek a graduate in IT or Business with 3+ years of experience in vendor/asset management, strong analytical and negotiation skills, and knowledge of network technologies.
    Certifications like ITIL or PMP are a plus

What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in vendor management, asset management, or procurement within a network services environment.
  • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure and network technologies.
  • Proficiency in asset management tools and systems.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • ITIL, PMP, or equivalent.
