The Consulting Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the planning, execution, and delivery of consulting projects. This position ensures smooth coordination between clients, consultants, and internal teams while maintaining high standards of organization, communication, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate consulting projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and consulting teams
  • Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and document meeting minutes
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, reports, and records
  • Assist in proposal preparation, contract documentation, and client onboarding
  • Handle administrative tasks such as invoicing support, resource allocation, and logistics
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
  • Proven experience in coordination, administration, or consulting support roles
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to QAR650,000.00 per year
