Role Overview
As a
Consulting Manager (Functional)
specializing in
FCCM
, you will lead the functional delivery and serve as a key advisor to clients in implementing FCCM solutions, including AML, KYC, FATCA, ECM, Customer Screening, Transaction Filtering, and Fraud Monitoring.
You will engage closely with business stakeholders, compliance officers, and technical teams to translate regulatory and operational requirements into successful OFSAA configurations and deployments. This role demands deep functional expertise, strong analytical ability, and hands-on experience in full project lifecycle execution.
Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end functional delivery
of OFSAA FCCM engagements — from requirements gathering and configuration through testing and go-live.

Conduct workshops and product demonstrations
for business and compliance stakeholders to define solution scope and alignment.

Translate business requirements
into functional design, configuration documents, and data mapping specifications.

Collaborate with technical consultants
to ensure accurate implementation of AML, KYC, FATCA, ECM, CS, TF, and related modules.

Oversee testing cycles
(System Integration, SIT, UAT) and support defect triage and resolution.

Advise clients on best practices
for regulatory compliance, operational efficiency, and technology adoption.

Support production rollout and post-go-live stabilization
, ensuring solution scalability and performance.

Apply expertise in
user security, authorization, and authentication
frameworks to meet compliance standards.

Utilize
Agile and SDLC methodologies
for effective project execution and stakeholder collaboration.
Your Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline.

5+ years
of experience in implementing
OFSAA FCCM
or equivalent financial crime compliance solutions (Actimize, Fortent, Norkom).

Proven experience in functional design, configuration, testing, and rollout of FCCM components (AML, KYC, FATCA, ECM, CS, TF).

Strong knowledge of
SQL/PLSQL
and data mapping techniques.

Experience in
real-time functionalities
such as Watchlist Management, RAOR, Customer Screening, and EDQ configuration.

Exposure to
Agile or hybrid (Water-Scrum-Fall)
project methodologies.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with senior client stakeholders.

ACAMS certification
preferred.

Knowledge of
SaaS/Cloud implementation
is a plus.

Good understanding of databases (Oracle, DB2, Exadata).
Ideal Profile
