Consulting Manager

**Three months contract (might be extended)

We are seeking an experienced Independent Consultant- Manager to provide strategic guidance and deliver high-impact solutions across multiple workstreams. This role is ideal for professionals with strong analytical abilities, strategic thinking skills, and the flexibility to engage across complex projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Support project teams and stakeholders in delivering actionable strategies across diverse initiatives.
• Analyze market trends, competitive dynamics, and growth opportunities in Egypt’s real estate and urban development sectors.
• Design innovative strategies and provide recommendations to enhance operational efficiency and long-term objectives.
• Participate in high-level meetings with government and private sector representatives; capture and summarize decisions, risks, and action items.
• Advise on local regulations, zoning laws, and compliance requirements relevant to development projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement key initiatives and ensure smooth project execution.
• Conduct in-depth data analyses to generate insights and support decision-making.
• Prepare professional presentations, proposals, and reports with clear visuals for executive-level audiences.
• Deliver briefings, summaries, and supporting materials for senior leadership in external meetings.
• Facilitate project management routines, including workstream check-ins, milestone reviews, risk assessments, and reporting cycles.

• Experience working with multicultural teams is an advantage.

Experience & Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in management, strategy, or consulting at a top-tier firm.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a reputable university; MBA or other advanced degrees preferred.
• Fluent in Arabic and English (both verbal and written).
