The Impact You'll Make

As a Consulting Manager, you will be at the forefront of delivering high-impact advisory services, guiding clients through complex real estate challenges and opportunities across Saudi Arabia. You will leverage unparalleled market intelligence and strategic insights to develop actionable recommendations that drive significant value. This role offers the unique chance to:

  • Support Strategic Engagements: Prepare critical client reports and conduct in-depth research, sophisticated data analysis, and meticulous data management to inform strategic deliverables. Your expertise will be crucial in projects spanning:
    • Highest & Best Use Studies
    • Feasibility Studies
    • Comprehensive Market Research & Benchmarking
    • Innovative Go-To-Market Strategies and Pricing Models
    • Specialized Consulting, including Valuation (in collaboration with our Valuation team)
  • Shape the Landscape: Contribute to the strategic development of diverse asset classes, including Residential, Office, Retail, Sports/Leisure/Entertainment, Industrial & Logistics, Hospitality, Healthcare, and Education, playing a direct role in Saudi Arabia's evolving urban and economic fabric.
  • Drive Client Success: Develop bespoke real estate strategies and consulting solutions for a diverse portfolio of clients, ranging from small enterprises to large-scale stakeholders. You will contribute vital commercial and financial expertise during strategy development and presentations, evaluating space rationalization and formulating cost-reduction strategies.
  • Cultivate Talent: Provide managerial support to a dynamic team/projects. You will coordinate daily activities, establish work schedules, assign tasks, and mentor your team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.
  • Influence and Innovate: Apply your deep industry knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues, influencing stakeholders with shared interests to reach impactful agreements. You'll ensure property and location directives align seamlessly with clients' overarching strategic directions.
What You'll Bring

We are looking for a professional with a proven track record in real estate consulting and a passion for developing people and delivering exceptional client outcomes.

  • Management & Experience: 5-8 years of relevant experience, ideally complemented by a bachelor's degree. We value management experience.
  • Strategic/Operational Acumen: The ability to build robust real estate strategies, conduct thorough market analysis, and develop comprehensive business plans.
  • Analytical Prowess: Advanced mathematical and analytical skills, enabling you to calculate complex figures, extract meaningful insights from large datasets, and translate intricate information into clear, actionable findings.
  • Communication & Influence: Exceptional communication skills, both written and oral, with the ability to convey sensitive, complicated information, present compelling recommendations, and effectively influence diverse audiences.
  • Collaborative Spirit: A demonstrated ability to guide and collaborate with teams, coupled with an inquisitive mindset and strong organizational skills.
  • Technical Proficiency: In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other analytical and modelling tools.
