We are looking for an Integration Consultant in Bogotá D.C, who will be responsible for designing, executing, and monitoring CPO integration projects across all related areas and functions, ensuring proper orchestration and alignment with the Group and its OpCos strategy. The role involves enhancing available resources and building strong relationships with key stakeholders, including external providers, while ensuring the timely and effective execution of assigned actions through resource and time optimization.


Responsabilities:

  • Integration Champion: Leads and supports integration strategies, identifies and mitigates risks, strengthens stakeholder relationships, tracks integration impact through KPIs, and facilitates effective communication.
  • Project Management: Coordinates and executes CPO projects across Fleet, Procurement, and related functions, ensuring alignment on timelines, deliverables, budget, and objectives.
  • Project Planning & Monitoring: Tracks workplans, scope, budget, tasks, and resources; monitors progress; and prepares reports and deliverables for project governance forums.
  • Project Risk Management: Identifies project risks and escalates progress, issues, and mitigation actions to relevant stakeholders.
  • Stakeholder Management: Builds and maintains strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders across the Group and OpCos.
  • Culture & Change Management: Supports change management initiatives required for CPO projects and integration efforts.
  • Continuous Improvement: Drives process quality, optimization, and efficiency through continuous improvement, technology, and procurement best practices.
  • Compliance Champion: Ensures adherence to Group and OpCos policies and regulations, guiding business areas and mitigating contractual and operational risks.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in project management and organizational transformation, preferably within the procurement area.
  • Degree in Aeronautical, Industrial Engineering, Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields
  • Advanced English level (C1) is mandatory.
  • Portuguese is not required, but candidates must be willing to learn it.
  • High availability and flexibility to travel
  • Nice to have: Experience working in multinational environments.
