Consumer Activation Manager

The Consumer Activation Manager will lead the translation of brand strategies into consumer experience plans and activations, maintaining a cohesive brand image across all touchpoints.

Position:

As the Consumer Activation Manager, you will:

  • Act as the brand guardian, ensuring all communications align with the broader brand vision, tone of voice, and visual identity
  • Develop and maintain a distinctive and engaging consumer brand proposition, ensuring consistency across channels and activations
  • Develop quality input for the annual consumer activation plan, optimizing the route-to-consumer and omnichannel approach (campaigns, events, ambassador platforms, trade/HoReCa programs, etc.) based on consumer insights and competitive dynamics
  • Lead the creation and execution of marketing campaigns across channels to raise brand awareness, engage and acquire consumers, and support the full consumer funnel
  • Implement the brand activation plan in close collaboration with internal team members, securing efficient prioritization in line with budget and brand guidelines
  • Continuously monitor critical metrics and return on investment to reassess prioritisation and ensure maximum efficiency of activations
  • Prepare and manage briefs, coordinate with agencies, and ensure proactive communication with both internal and external collaborators

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields
  • At least 5 years of experience in marketing, trade activation, or consumer brand management, preferably in FMCG
  • Strong understanding of consumer behavior, trade channels, and omnichannel marketing
  • Proven experience in leading brand activation programs and managing agencies
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in people management and team development
  • Excellent organizational and project management abilities to coordinate multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in English is required
