In that team;

• Work within our cross-functional agile teams to develop and maintain Collection Products.
• Analyze, improve, and maintain Consumer And Commercial Collection applications and services to meet business requirements.
• Collaborate with business units, software teams, and experience design teams to deliver value-driven solutions.
• Design and execute functional and automated tests to ensure product quality.
• Take responsibility for the end-to-end software development lifecycle, from requirement gathering to deployment and monitoring.
• Migrate legacy systems on technology refreshed & microservice based platforms.

How do we describe the perfect match?

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering / Management Engineering / Mathematical Engineering / Industrial Engineering or related fields,
• At least 3 years of experience in business analysis,
• Experience and knowledge in banking sector, including related products/services and workflows. In-depth knowledge about business processes, business rules, and requirement determination.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills,
• Experience in gathering requirements, modeling, solution analysis, and documentation,
• Knowledge of Agile software development lifecycle and methodologies,
• Experience in SQL and the ability to query and analyze complex data,
• Ability to write and execute test automation scripts using Karate and Selenium ,
• Experience with API, Web Services, and SQL,
• Passion for learning and adapting to new technologies,
• Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools,
• Strong communication and persuasion skills,
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in alignment with business goals,
• Proficiency in written and spoken English.
