About Application:

Odeabank, Turkey’s young, dynamic and innovative bank, is seeking for an Assistant Manager/Senior Specialist to work in Consumer Loans & Bancassurance Department.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university, preferably in Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Business Administration or Engineering
• 2 to 5 year experience in banking, finance, management consultancy or audit
• Expertise in product or budget management of retail banking is a plus
• Have an analytical edge with proactive data analysis abilities
• Eagerness to grow into data-driven management decision practices
• Excellent communication, influencing and negotiation skills
• Advanced level of English is a must
• Strong skills of Microsoft Office programs, especially excel and powerpoint
• Comfortable with working in an expanding and rapidly developing field

Job Description

• Being a part of creative team; generating innovative products, service models and strategies by following domestic and international developments
• Conducting P&L balance by performing cost and profitability analyses
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams; such as treasury, CRM, underwriting and digital marketing to close follow up department’s financial targets
• Monitoring channel-based performance of lending and insurance products
• Managing campaigns for needed KPIs that supported by data-focused and sustainable models
• Inspecting and measuring end-to-end product processes and creating early warning systems that will easily detect potential deficiencies or errors
• Contributing to the solution of possible problems may arise, by step-by-step planning in accordance with the agile methodology
• Tracking customer insights to gain strategic advantages for the products
• Supporting the team’s knowledge pluralization by both learning & teaching
