Key Activities


  • Addressing market, consumer and retail insights needs for all Samsung categories
  • Lead Brand Health Tracking studies : Methodology design, questionnaire development, agency coordination, and insight generation.
  • Executing and supervising ad hoc market research projects (both qualitative and quantitative)
  • Carrying out regular panel market reporting (GfK), executing and supervising improvement meetings and organizing regular insights meetings.
  • Carrying out social listening reporting to Turkey and MENA / HQ teams.
  • Integrating traditional and digital insights using both research and business partner data.
  • Carrying out daily communication with research agencies and other insight parties in end-to-end project management.
  • Closely collaborating with internal stakeholders in addressing insights-related requests and answering business questions.
  • Translate complex research results into clear positioning and brand growth recommendations.
  • Identifying new project ideas and methodology opportunities for consumer centricity; working as team member for those ideas in an agile environment


Skills and Qualifications


  • Minimum 8 years of experience in consumer insights or market research areas
  • Strong knowledge of market research methodologies; having both customized research (qualitative & quantitative) and panel research experience is a plus
  • Already experienced in or willing to try new insight techniques (e.g. AI-based research, social listening)
  • Excellent verbal and written skills in English – to be able to work in a multinational and agile project environment, and to fully execute insights activities with regional counterparts (both internal and external)
  • Strong analytical thinking and deep curiosity in interpreting all kinds of data, willing to generate new questions by synthesizing existing insights know-how in the organization
  • Excellent reporting skills both Excel and PPT.
  • Enjoys to work in a collaborative and dynamic environment, and wants to be an advocate of consumer-centricity
