Eli Lilly and Company discovered and manufacture Tirzepatide, which is marketed as Mounjaro® around the world. In Egypt the marketing authorization holder and distributer of Mounjaro® is EVA group.

This breakthrough therapy for type 2 diabetes and obesity is redefining standards of care worldwide. Following its exceptional success and rapid adoption in Egypt, we are expanding our dedicated team to continue driving this momentum and reach more patients in need.

We are looking for ambitious Consumer Marketing Manager to join our fast-growing Mounjaro® Business Unit.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive patient-directed marketing plans that align with the business’s strategic objectives.
  • Develop and deliver patient campaigns that lead to customer satisfaction and trust, while seeking business opportunities.
  • Utilize market research and consumer insights to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
  • Collaborate with brand teams, communications, medical affairs, and market access teams to optimize product positioning and messaging.
  • Manage consumer marketing budgets and assess the effectiveness of patient-directed marketing campaigns.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and regulatory changes to adapt marketing strategies accordingly.
  • Develop the awareness and trust of the Mounjaro® Masterbrand.
  • Develop consumer partnerships to increase Mounjaro® brand awareness and engagement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3–4 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably within FMCG; experience in luxury products is a strong plus.
  • Strong knowledge of consumer insights, brand building, and campaign execution.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strategic thinker with strong execution capabilities.
