We are seeking a Consumer Protection Researcher to join postal sector team in Qatar. The role focuses on improving consumer protection by analyzing trends, handling complaints, and supporting outreach programs.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct research on consumer trends, postal regulations, and best practices to enhance consumer protection.
Analyze data on consumer complaints and postal service issues to identify areas for improvement.
Prepare reports, presentations, and summaries based on research findings and data analysis.
Handle consumer complaints and inquiries, engaging directly with postal service consumers and providers.
Support the development of educational materials and awareness programs for consumers.
Assist in maintaining communication with stakeholders to implement consumer protection measures effectively.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Public Policy, Law, Social Sciences, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to handle consumer complaints and inquiries professionally.
Experience in preparing reports, presentations, and educational materials.
Preferred:
Knowledge of postal regulations, consumer protection frameworks, or related policies.
Experience in outreach or consumer awareness programs.
