Consumer Protection Researcher – Postal Sector

We are seeking a Consumer Protection Researcher to join postal sector team in Qatar. The role focuses on improving consumer protection by analyzing trends, handling complaints, and supporting outreach programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research on consumer trends, postal regulations, and best practices to enhance consumer protection.

  • Analyze data on consumer complaints and postal service issues to identify areas for improvement.

  • Prepare reports, presentations, and summaries based on research findings and data analysis.

  • Handle consumer complaints and inquiries, engaging directly with postal service consumers and providers.

  • Support the development of educational materials and awareness programs for consumers.

  • Assist in maintaining communication with stakeholders to implement consumer protection measures effectively.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Public Policy, Law, Social Sciences, or related field.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in related field.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Ability to handle consumer complaints and inquiries professionally.

  • Experience in preparing reports, presentations, and educational materials.

Preferred:

  • Knowledge of postal regulations, consumer protection frameworks, or related policies.

  • Experience in outreach or consumer awareness programs.
