Contact Center Representative

DUTIES:

  • Responsible for answering inbound calls and Live Chat inquiries to provide accurate, satisfactory answers to their queries and concerns, if necessary, distribute to appropriate department
  • Calls to be answered promptly and use member’s name at least twice during the phone call
  • De-escalate situations involving dissatisfied members, offering patient assistance and support
  • Provide members with product information and benefits
  • Open new accounts, and service existing accounts. Set up new account files and provide members with all necessary information for membership.
  • Process secured loans
  • Follow up member’s calls or questions as soon as possible
  • Process member requests including ordering debit cards, check orders, online payments, remote deposits, and all other services as needed
  • Handle and distribute incoming faxes
  • Respond to member’s emails and secured emails
  • Scanning of documents as needed
  • Assist with outgoing and incoming mail for CU
  • Collection calls to overdrawn checking account
  • Complete member notes for each call
  • Meet or exceed cross sell goals as set by the Virtual Branch Manager
  • Back up teller or member service representative if needed
  • Assist in any area as directed by the Virtual Branch Manager

HOURS:

  • Mon-Fri: 8:45am-6:00pm

Bilingual (Spanish) preferred

Ability to multi-task

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
