As a Content and Growth Manager you will be responsible for driving the company’s online sales growth through strategic optimization of all digital channels. This role leverages data-driven insights to enhance customer experience, improve conversion rates, and strengthen brand presence across platforms. It oversees end-to-end e-commerce operations, including CRM, digital marketing, SEO, marketplace performance, and monetization initiatives, ensuring consistent revenue growth and operational excellence.
Responsibilities

Drive e-commerce revenue growth by optimizing all digital channels through data-driven initiatives.

Lead funnel and conversion rate optimization (CRO), including A/B testing, Algolia search enhancements, personalization, and product recommendation improvements.

Own Customer Lifecycle Management across CRM tools (e.g., firebase), loyalty programs, retention campaigns, and frequency-driving initiatives.

Build and manage supplier monetization programs such as retail media campaigns, sponsored placements, and data insights offerings.

Scale and optimize marketplace accounts (Amazon, Instashop, etisalat) to maximize sales and operational efficiency.

Lead SEO and content performance optimization to grow organic traffic and improve digital visibility.

Build and maintain BI dashboards and analytics frameworks to provide real-time performance visibility and accurate forecasting.

Partner with product and tech teams to launch AI assistants, personalization engines, and other growth-enabling features that improve user engagement and conversion.

Requirements

Up to 7 years of experiences in the same role.

Experience in E-commerce industry; preferable retails supermarkets
