About the Role:
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Content Associate to join our marketing team. The role requires a strong sense of brand voice, creativity, and awareness of content trends. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in content creation, copywriting, and social media optimization (SMO), and will coordinate with external agencies for planning, creation, and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create engaging, brand-aligned content — copies, captions, taglines, and posts for platforms like Meta, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Curate trend-based content ideas that reflect the brand tone and goals.
• Manage monthly content calendars and ensure timely execution with agencies.
• Optimize content for reach, engagement, and shareability using SMO best practices.
• Coordinate with creative and digital agencies for asset delivery and approvals.
• Track content performance, prepare monthly reports, and share insights for improvement.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in content writing, social media management, or digital marketing (FMCG experience preferred).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong understanding of brand storytelling and digital trends.
• Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and YouTube Studio.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
