MyStay is a boutique vacation rental and property management company based on Hilton Head Island, South Carolina. We specialize in thoughtfully curated homes, exceptional guest experiences, and hands-on service for property owners.

As we continue to grow, we are focused on building a recognizable and trusted brand within the Hilton Head market and beyond. We are seeking a creative, driven, and strategically minded Content & Brand Manager to elevate our digital presence and strengthen brand visibility.

Position Overview

The Content & Brand Manager will lead the development, production, and execution of MyStay’s social media and brand content. This role is responsible for creating high-quality photo and video assets, editing engaging short-form content, and maintaining a consistent, professional brand voice across platforms.

The ideal candidate combines creative instincts with discipline and execution. Strong video editing skills, storytelling ability, and an understanding of comedic timing are essential. This role works directly with ownership to manage the weekly content calendar and align marketing efforts with business goals.

In addition to marketing responsibilities, occasional operational support, including property walk-throughs and inspections during peak seasons, may be required to ensure alignment between brand messaging and guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Capture professional photo and video content of MyStay properties, amenities, and the Hilton Head lifestyle
  • Film and edit short-form video content for Instagram and Facebook
  • Write compelling, brand-aligned captions and supporting copy
  • Develop and manage a weekly content calendar in collaboration with ownership
  • Maintain consistent posting schedules and uphold brand standards
  • Produce consistent weekly content, including short-form video and supporting materials
  • Deliver edited content within agreed-upon timelines
  • Engage with followers through comments and direct messages
  • Track performance metrics including reach, engagement, and audience growth
  • Analyze performance data and recommend strategic improvements
  • Provide occasional operational support, including property inspections during busy seasons

Required Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of Instagram strategy and short-form video trends
  • Demonstrated experience in professional video editing and content production
  • Strong instincts for pacing, storytelling, and visual composition
  • Ability to incorporate personality and humor appropriately within a professional brand
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Highly organized with strong time management
  • Flexible and willing to support team operations when needed
  • Proficiency in Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Cloud, and AI-based creative tools
  • Must be based in or willing to relocate to Hilton Head Island

Preferred Experience

  • Experience in hospitality, travel, lifestyle, or real estate marketing
  • Experience reviewing analytics and adjusting strategy based on performance data

Pay: $42,000.00 - $46,000.00 per year
