Job Summary
We're hiring a full-time Content & Brand Manager to lead content creation, short-form video editing, social media management, and campaign automation across Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and X. This role directly impacts lead generation and course enrollment through strategic, conversion-focused content.
Responsibilities
- Create and publish 4 platform-native social media posts per week across Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and X
- Edit short-form video content in CapCut or equivalent tools
- Design carousels and branded graphics with attention to visual hierarchy and consistency
- Prepare content day production materials including hooks, scripts, and execution documents
- Repurpose long-form content (podcasts, video) into 8–12 platform-specific assets
- Build and manage ManyChat automation flows tied to lead magnets and campaign signups
- Monitor and report on engagement, reach, saves, shares, and conversion attribution monthly
- Respond to DMs and high-intent comments within 24 hours and surface leads to the Sales team
Requirements
- 2+ years managing a brand's social media presence end-to-end
- Proficiency in CapCut or similar short-form video editing tools
- Experience with Canva, Adobe, or equivalent design tools for carousel and graphic creation
- Demonstrated understanding of social media funnels and conversion strategy
- Hands-on experience with ManyChat or similar automation platforms
- Strong copywriting skills with the ability to adapt tone across platforms
- Ability to track and analyze performance metrics and translate data into actionable insights
- Portfolio or examples of managed accounts with measurable results required
Nice to Have
- Experience in online education, coaching, or digital product industries
- Familiarity with EOS business operating systems
- Background in AI, tech, or business content niches
What Success Looks Like
- 30–40% of bootcamp and masterclass signups attributed to social within 90 days
- 15–20% quarter-over-quarter improvement in saves, shares, and meaningful engagement
- 4 posts per week published consistently with zero missed windows
- ManyChat campaigns show measurable conversion lift with documented performance
Compensation & Schedule
- Full-time position | Monday–Friday
- Minneapolis Metro Area preferred
- Note: Twice per year, the team operates in 6–8 week high-intensity launch windows requiring expanded availability
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,398.47 - $66,716.44 per year
