Papago Golf Club is seeking an energetic, creative, and people-focused Content & Clubhouse Coordinator to help tell the story of our clubhouse, course, Lou’s Bar & Grill, and our growing calendar of banquets, weddings, and special events.
Key Responsibilities:

Create and post engaging content for Papago Golf Club and Lou’s Bar & Grill social media platforms

Create daily stories, reels, and promotional posts highlighting events, specials, and daily clubhouse life

Creates and designs flyers, posters, website emails, newsletters, menus, brochures, creative copy, presentations, data entry, digital signage, and learns new applications as they may arise.

Participates in creating highly polished, inspiring presentations to be used for Club presentations.

Capture photos and video of the golf course, clubhouse, food & beverage, staff, guests, and behind-the-scenes moments

Assist with content coverage for banquets, weddings, outings, leagues, junior programs, and special events

Help maintain a consistent, on-brand look and voice across all platforms

Assist with basic engagement such as responding to messages and comments (as directed)

Assist with daily clubhouse and guest service operations

Support Lou’s Bar & Grill with promotional content, menu features, specials, and event coverage

Assist during banquets, weddings, and private events as needed

Help create a welcoming, high-energy atmosphere for golfers, diners, and event guests

Communicate with golf, food & beverage, and events teams to promote upcoming happenings

Assist where needed to support operations throughout the facility, this may include golf, retail & the food & beverage operation when needed
Education/Experience:
Bachelor’s degree (BA); and one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Physical Demands:
Frequently talks and hears. Regularly walks, stands, sits and uses hands. Occasionally reaches with hands and arms. Occasionally lifts up to 25 pounds.
Environment/Noise:
Occasionally works in outdoor weather conditions. Noise level is moderate.
Job Knowledge, Skill, and Ability Preferences:

1-2 years of marketing and/or communications experience, preferably in hospitality. College degree preferred.

Available for flexible scheduling, including weekends, evenings, and special events

Exceptional written, presentation and verbal communication skills.

Creative eye for photography, video, design and storytelling

Strong project management skills and the ability to meet multiple deadlines.

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Proficient in social media management.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Express),

Canva and basic photography, video and editing skills preferred.

A deep understanding of the golf industry and its audience is a strong plus

Work Schedule & Expectations
Due to the nature of hospitality and golf operations, this role requires flexibility. The Marketing Manager may work a wide variety of hours, including:

Early mornings or evenings for content capture

Weekends during peak golf season

Holidays when the facility is open and operating at high capacity

Attendance at tournaments, weddings, special events, and promotional activations

Scheduling will be aligned with business needs, seasonal demand, and key revenue-driving events.
