Job Title: Content Writer – Luxury Real Estate

Location: Mumbai
Working Days: 6 Days a Week
Job Summary:
We are looking for a Creative Content Writer with proven experience in luxury real estate or premium lifestyle brands to create high-quality, engaging, and brand-aligned content for Della Townships. The candidate should understand luxury positioning, storytelling, and aspirational communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop compelling content for luxury township projects, villas, residences, and lifestyle offerings
- Write content for websites, brochures, coffee table books, presentations, ads, and social media
- Create brand-focused storytelling that reflects luxury, exclusivity, and sophistication
- Collaborate with marketing, design, sales, and digital teams to align messaging
- Write SEO-friendly website and digital content
- Proofread, edit, and ensure consistency in tone and brand voice
- Support campaign launches, project announcements, and corporate communications
- Research market trends, competitor positioning, and luxury real estate narratives
Job Expectations:
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Excellent command over English language (writing & editing)
- Strong understanding of luxury branding and high-end customer mindset
- Experience with real estate brochures, project narratives, and digital content
- Basic knowledge of SEO and digital marketing is an advantage
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Minimum Qualification:
Proven experience as a Content Writer in luxury real estate / luxury brands / Background in Luxury Real Estate / Hospitality / Premium Lifestyle Brands mandatoryMinimum Job Experience:
