Content Coordinator

Overview
We’re a fast-growing fashion brand based in Arizona, known for delivering designer-quality sunglasses without the markup. We’re looking for a detail-obsessed, type A Content Coordinator to help manage, edit, and organize content while also supporting our growing social media presence. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can juggle multiple projects without missing details, and loves being hands-on with creative content.

What You’ll Do
Content Editing & Creation

• Edit Reels for ads in different formats (IG, TikTok, Amazon)
• Help edit video ads with variations for testing (new CTAs, trending sounds, etc.)
• Brainstorm and help the ads team with new ad concepts

Content Management & Organization

• Keep content boards and asset folders organized by campaign, product, and platform
• Upload final content to e-commerce, Amazon, and ad platforms
• Move finished creatives to the Meta ad board with proper naming conventions

Organic Social Support

• Post to social media daily across Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn
• Film behind-the-scenes (BTS) content and day-to-day moments
• Come up with new social content ideas to keep feeds fresh and engaging
• Reshare and adapt content to fit platform trends
• Light community engagement (comments, reshares, reactions)

Coordination & Support

• Track content status and deadlines to keep everything on schedule
• Follow up with freelancers and creators to ensure timely submissions
• Assist in assigning content to photographers and videographers

What We’re Looking For

• EXTREMELY organized and detail-oriented (if you don’t consider yourself Type A, this isn’t the role)
• Strong eye for visuals and social trends, you know what works and what doesn’t
• Proficient in tools like Google Drive, Monday.com, Canva, or CapCut (Adobe is a plus)
• Comfortable editing short-form video (Reels, TikTok, Amazon ads)
• A proactive, idea-driven mindset, always thinking of new angles for social + ads
• Clear communicator who thrives in a fast-moving, creative teamenvironment

Preferred Experience

• Background in e-commerce, fashion, or lifestyle brands
• Examples of content/video edits you’ve worked on (applications with portfolios will be prioritized)
