We are looking for a detail-oriented Content Coordinator with strong Project Management skills to support daily content operations across digital and offline platforms. The ideal candidate will coordinate planning, organizing, and executing content while coordinating with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely, high-quality delivery. This role requires excellent communication, organizational skills, and an understanding of the Saudi market’s cultural and digital landscape.


Key Responsibilities:

Content Planning & Coordination

  • Support the development and execution of content calendars of marketing campaigns across social media, website, email, and more.
  • Coordinate content requirements with marketing, design, product, and other internal teams.
  • Track progress of content projects to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Maintain organized documentation and content libraries.

Content Production & Quality Control

  • Assist with content creation, proofreading, and formatting in Arabic and English.
  • Ensure all content matches brand guidelines and meets quality standards.
  • Coordinate with agencies, photographers, and designers as needed.

Project Management

  • Manage small to medium-scale content projects from initiation to delivery.
  • Prepare project timelines, task lists, and follow-ups with involved teams.
  • Use project management tools (e.g. Trello, Jira, Monday.com) to track tasks and deliverables.
  • Flag delays, risks, and issues to the Head of Marketing


Digital & Performance Support

  • Assist in monitoring content performance across social media and digital channels.
  • Conduct basic SEO checks and apply recommended updates to improve visibility.
  • Generate simple reports or insights for continuous improvement.

Saudi Market & Brand Alignment

  • Ensure all content is culturally appropriate, aligned with local norms, and tailored to Saudi audiences.
  • Follow industry trends, local events, and social media conversations relevant to the brand.

Requirements

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Media, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in content coordination, digital marketing, or similar roles.
  • Demonstrated experience managing tasks or projects (Project Management certification is a plus).

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management.
  • Strong writing and editing skills in Arabic (native) and English.
  • Basic understanding of SEO
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven project management skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience working in the Saudi market.
  • Experience in content operations within industries such as beauty, retail, e-commerce.
