Content Creation Intern

Position Overview: We are seeking a creative and enthusiastic Content Creation Intern to join our team. This internship is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in content development, social media management, and digital marketing. The ideal candidate will have a passion for storytelling, strong writing skills, and a keen eye for visual aesthetics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Edit short-form and long-form videos for website, social media, and email marketing
• Transform raw footage into polished brand-aligned content
• Create product highlight videos for e-commerce pages
• Develop engaging Reels, TikToks, and YouTube Shorts optimized for platform specs
• Add captions, motion graphics, sound design, and light color correction
• Repurpose runway footage, behind-the-scenes clips, and campaign videos into micro-content
• Organize and manage video asset library for easy internal access
• Optimize video formats and file sizes for website speed and performance
• Collaborate on creative direction, storytelling, and content calendars
• Track video performance metrics and suggest edits based on engagement data
• Assist in launching video-driven campaigns tied to product drops or events
• Maintain consistent visual identity across all digital platforms

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
• Strong writing and editing skills with attention to detail.
• Basic knowledge of content creation tools and software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.).
• Familiarity with social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn) and digital marketing best practices.
• Creative thinking and ability to generate new ideas.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• A portfolio or samples of previous content creation work is a plus.
