ABOUT THE PROGRAM:
We offer a 12-week paid internship program, beginning May 18th, 2026 to August 6th, 2026. Our Future Forward Intern will help gain experience and exposure to international markets and clients. They will play a crucial role in promoting luxury Caribbean destinations and knowledge in business services to succeed in an organization. The 28 weekly hours for the program are Monday through Thursday from 9:00am to 4:00pm.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Public Relations Intern will gain hands-on experience for a luxury travel brand while working closely with our experienced team. We seek a passionate and communicative individual with a love for travel, exceptional writing skills, and a creative mindset to support our department in media relations, content creation, and organization. This is an excellent opportunity to get involved in robust messaging - from press releases, message points, internal newsletters, and presentations - and bolster your experience. As the communication’s team primary support member, the candidate will work closely with team members on day-to-day tasks and projects.
JOB ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Media Relations and Press Visits: Organize trips for journalists, content creators, and other press.
- Media Monitoring: Provide support in updating and documenting media mentions.
- Internal and External Content Creation: Assist in implementing a comprehensive content creation plan to support the department's objectives. Generate engaging and persuasive content for a variety of platforms, including executive presentations, content calendars, and more.
- Multimedia Library Support: Maintain our content hub and company archives by adding new photos.
- PR Calendar Updates: Provide support and co-manage department’s key dates, events, and media visits by ensuring the central calendar is up-to-date.
- MVP: Provide general support for overall PR & communications department needs, as well as support in project coordination across departments..

Qualifications include:
Junior or Senior student pursuing a Bachelor's degree or recent graduate from a four-year College or University, in Public Relations, Journalism, English or related communications field, (hospitality/tourism field a bonus).- Brainstorming, collaboration, delivering results, and moving the needle, together, is all in a rewarding day’s work.
- Ability to work part time.
