About the Role
Tigerless Health is seeking a Digital Marketing Intern to join our Manhattan team. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about marketing, social media, and brand communications, particularly those interested in engaging with the Chinese-speaking international student community in the U.S.

As an intern, you will gain hands-on experience in digital marketing through content creation, campaign execution, and social media platform management. You’ll collaborate with internal teams to contribute to real-world campaigns and help drive brand engagement across platforms such as WeChat and Xiaohongshu.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and maintaining marketing and sales channels by coordinating with internal teams and ensuring consistent brand messaging.
• Support the planning and execution of digital campaigns, including content calendars and performance tracking.
• Create, schedule, and manage social media content tailored to Chinese-speaking audiences.
• Conduct market research and gather user feedback to inform marketing strategies and tactics.
• Draft promotional copy, visuals, and event materials for digital and offline campaigns.
• Explore new outreach opportunities and assist in partnership development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support brand visibility and growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above (marketing, media, communication, or related field preferred)
• Familiar with content creation and social media management
• Experience with Chinese digital platforms (WeChat, Xiaohongshu) preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Responsible, proactive, and able to work independently
• Creative mindset and willingness to bring new ideas to the table
• Strong organizational and problem-solving ability
• Must be able to commute to Manhattan at least 3 days per week
