Are you passionate about digital marketing and ready to make an impact? As a Digital Marketing Specialist at FORUM, you'll own and optimize our website content, ensuring it’s engaging and up-to-date. You'll lead efforts to boost SEO and GEO discoverability, uphold accessibility standards, and use analytics for continuous improvement. Responsibilities:
Daily responsibilities consist of:
Own and manage all content on FORUM’s external website, ensuring accuracy, currency, consistency, and alignment with organizational priorities and regulatory requirements.
Participate in bi-weekly pricing committee meetings to keep rates current and updated on the website.
Collaborate with other departments to publish new content as needed, maintaining accessibility and compliance, including updating the NMLS license file.
Update monthly CU Online and mobile ads, articles, and logout pages.
Evaluate and optimize the website continually for user experience, navigation, performance, and clarity of information.
Maximize SEO and GEO discoverability by implementing best practices across website content, structure, metadata, and tagging; monitor organic search performance and coordinate with paid media partners.
Ensure the external website meets accessibility requirements by maintaining compliance with applicable standards, working with FORUM’s accessibility partner, and making recommended changes based on audit results.
Manage and create new “shows” for in-branch promotions using the Spectrio system, aiming to maximize member engagement.
Qualifications:

Bachelor degree or equivalent experience.

One to three years of proven marketing experience.
