Montivo.pk is a fast-growing western wear fashion brand specializing in women’s clothing. We are looking for a creative, energetic, and confident Content Creation & Marketing Specialist who can elevate our content game and bring fresh ideas that align with Montivo’s brand identity.

Key Responsibilities

• Create aesthetic and high-quality content using phone or camera (photos + videos).
• Edit content using mobile or desktop editing tools.
• Ideate and research creative inspirations, trends, and social media ideas.
• Create Instagram content (stories, reels, and static posts) in collaboration with the design team.
• Produce content for physical stores
• Create fun, trendy, and brand-relevant meme-based content.
• Ensure all content aligns with Montivo’s brand guidelines and tone.
• Coordinate with influencers:
• Invite influencers to the store/office
• Plan and create multiple content formats with them
• Support marketing team in improving social media presence and engagement.

Requirements

• Strong creative sense and passion for fashion content.
• Ability to shoot aesthetic videos/photos (phone or camera).
• Proficiency in editing tools (CapCut, VN, Lightroom, etc.).
• Understanding of Instagram trends, reels, aesthetics, and visual storytelling.
• Confident personality, comfortable directing shoots and working with influencers.
• Strong communication skills in English and Urdu.
• Basic understanding of brand identity and social media marketing.
• Preferably female candidate due to women-centric product line.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: Rs25,000.00 - Rs65,000.00 per month
