GritShift is an industry leader in electric dirt bikes, performance parts, and e-moto sales. We’re looking for a versatile team member who can capture the energy of our brand through engaging content while also helping with day-to-day operations. This is a multi-role position that combines filming, editing, and social media with hands-on support in the warehouse and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Content Creation: Film, edit, and produce engaging video/photo content for social media, product pages, and campaigns.
• Social Media Management: Post content, track performance, respond to comments/messages, and help grow our online presence by analyzing trends.
• Dirt Bike Action: Participate in rides and product testing for authentic, high-energy content.
• Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries via social media, email, and phone with industry knowledge.
• Operations Support: Assist with order fulfillment, warehouse tasks, and other operational duties when content work is lighter.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Industry Experience Required: Must have hands-on dirt bike or e-moto riding experience.
• Filming/Editing Experience: Proficiency with cameras, editing software, and storytelling for social platforms (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, etc.).
• Social Media Savvy: Understanding of current trends, analytics, and engagement strategies.
• E-Commerce Familiarity: Prior experience in an online retail environment (Shopify experience is a plus).
• Strong communication, adaptability, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: $18.00 - $30.00 per hour
