Content Creator

Line Plastic Surgery is a quickly growing plastic surgery and med-spa based in Koreatown, Los Angeles. Over the past couple years, we've seen an increase in website traffic and social media platforms and we are in search of a talented Content Creator to join our team. You will be in charge of creating fun, creative, and aesthetically pleasing digital campaigns across all our social media platforms and websites. Content Creator responsibilities include conducting thorough research on industry-related topics, generating ideas for new content types and filming/editing videos and pictures before publication. If you’re familiar with producing online content and have an eye for detail, we’d like to meet you. Feel free to share samples of your work or portfolio of your previous work, along with your application. Ultimately, you’ll deliver quality photos and videos that appeal to our audiences, attract patients and boost brand awareness.

Position Overview

• Use digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and sales. (Commission offered in addition to pay)
• Film photo and video content in the operation room to create behind scenes content
• Create fun and informative content using Adobe Premiere, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator
• Identify customers’ needs and gaps in our content and recommend new topics
• Ensure all-around consistency (style, fonts, images and tone)
• Use SEO tools and strategies to write content to increase website traffic
• Design and update website to be more responsive and efficient
• Execute & deploy well designed email campaigns

• Respond to patient inquiries through Facebook Chat and Yelp Messaging and pass on to the sales team
• Support marketing team with brainstorming new ideas and new monthly promotions to grow Line's brand awareness.

Required Experience:

• Exceptional experience with Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong aesthetic eye for brand identity and content curation

• Familiarity with Squarespace
• Warm, enthusiastic and friendly attitude

Preferred experience:

• Korean or Chinese speaking
• Knowledge of cosmetic and plastic surgery procedures and treatments

• Knowledge of Google, Facebook & Instagram organic and paid campaign best practices
