On-Site Coverage
Attend sessions, classes, bootcamps, competitions, and events to capture real, authentic moments that showcase experience and impact.
Trend Research & Creative Innovation
Stay updated on content trends, storytelling techniques, and platform best practices to keep output fresh and competitive.
Basic Graphic & Visual Assets
Create simple social graphics, titles, captions, overlays, and templates when needed.
Content Library Management
Organize, archive, and maintain a structured media library for reuse by Marketing and other teams.
Support Campaign Execution
Deliver content aligned with marketing calendars, launches, recruitment campaigns, and brand initiatives.

1+ years of experience in content creation, videography, photography, or multimedia production.

Strong skills in shooting and editing video content (short-form and mid-form).

Ability to capture high-quality photos in dynamic learning, workshop, or event environments.

Proficiency with editing tools such as Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve, or CapCut.

Basic ability to create simple visual assets (titles, captions, social graphics) using tools like Canva or Photoshop.

Strong storytelling skills with an understanding of content flow, pacing, and audience engagement.

Ability to adapt content style and tone across multiple brands and diverse audiences (kids, teens, parents, educators, makers).

Comfortable working on-site across locations to capture content during programs and events.

Good organizational skills with the ability to manage and archive footage and media assets.

Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Comfort using basic AI-assisted tools (e.g., for captioning, idea generation, resizing, or simple enhancements) to speed up and improve content creation.
Comfortable using basic digital tools: Google Workspace, spreadsheets, etc…
Preferred Qualifications and Skills
Familiarity with lighting, audio, and basic production equipment.
Experience with simple motion graphics or animation tools.
Comfort appearing on-camera or narrating content when needed.
Understanding of social media platforms and best practices for Reels, TikTok, Shorts, and YouTube content optimization.
Experience with AI creative tools.
Familiarity with makerspaces, Fab Labs, digital fabrication tools, and maker culture.
