Content Creator

We are hiring a creative and motivated Content Creator to join our team. The role involves shooting, editing, and posting engaging short-form video content across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality Reels/Shorts for social media platforms.
• Post and optimize videos with captions, hashtags, and thumbnails to maximize reach.
• Stay updated with the latest trends, sounds, and formats in short-form video content.
• Apply knowledge of basic algorithms to improve content visibility and engagement.
• Use the latest editing tools and AI-powered features to enhance video quality.
• Collaborate with the team to develop innovative content ideas aligned with brand objectives.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of proven experience in content creation, specifically short-form video.
• A working portfolio showcasing Reels/Shorts or similar projects.
• The candidate must not be camera shy and should be comfortable appearing on camera, confident while presenting ideas, speaking, or performing
• The candidate must be fluent in English and able to communicate effectively, write engaging captions, and interact professionally on digital platforms.
• Strong skills in video shooting and editing (mobile or professional).
• Familiarity with Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
• Understanding of content algorithms and audience engagement strategies.
• Proficiency with tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve Photoshop, or Illustrator
• Openness to learning and experimenting with AI-based editing tools.
• Ability to work independently with creativity and attention to detail.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: Rs35,000.00 - Rs45,000.00 per month
