Content Creator

About the Role:

We are seeking a talented and creative Content Creator to join our team and help bring our brand to life across multiple platforms. In this role, you will be responsible for producing high-quality content that engages our target audience, supports our marketing goals, and enhances our online presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, write, and publish engaging content for a variety of channels including websites, blogs, social media, email, and video.
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to create cohesive messaging across campaigns.
• Research industry trends, audience preferences, and competitor activity to generate fresh content ideas.
• Manage content calendars and ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Shoot and edit photos/videos for social media and digital campaigns (if applicable).
• Optimize content for SEO and platform-specific best practices.
• Track content performance and adjust strategy based on data and feedback.
• Stay updated with emerging content trends and technologies.

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a Content Creator, with REAL ESTATE BACKGROUND.
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Strong understanding of content marketing principles and social media platforms.
• Familiarity with SEO, keyword research, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush).
• Basic graphic design or video editing skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite, Final Cut Pro) is a plus.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail and storytelling ability.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field (preferred).
