Bespoke Post creates and curates high-quality menswear, outdoor gear, home goods, and accessories for men with a rugged-yet-refined lifestyle. Through our e-commerce shop, editorial content, and award-winning subscription program, we help our customers discover under-the-radar brands, people, and products that speak to our core belief that quality never goes out of style.
We’re looking to supercharge our growth by significantly boosting our brand fame on social media. Specifically, we’re looking for someone who deeply understands how to scale engagement and reach across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube. If you shoot and edit content that’s consistently generated comments, shares, likes, and subs—and how to optimize for success on each of these platforms—you may be the person we’re looking for.
About The Role
We’re hiring a Social Content Creator to concept, shoot, edit, and post content for Bespoke Post and our satellite brand Halfday Travel. You’ll use your creativity to develop new concepts for TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube based on your intuition about what’s working, and quantitative and qualitative feedback on prior content. Your core objective across all these channels is to boost brand awareness and fame of Bespoke Post and Halfday. Key KPIs will be organic reach and engagement rate.
In this role, you will be the owner of all our social channels, collaborating closely with the rest of the creative team to support your ideas. We’re looking for a proactive leader who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
The position will require in-person collaboration 3 days per week at our NYC office.
What You’ll Do
● Own our organic social strategy, focusing on maximizing reach and engagement across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
● Leverage social platform analytics, as well as HootSuite, Motion, VidIQ, SEMRush, and a host of AI tools to measure and improve content performance, and develop new creative.
● Collaborate with the rest of the creative team to leverage seasonal and product-focused production opportunities.
● Collaborate with the Growth Marketing team to share learnings, capitalize on opportunities, and gain production efficiencies.
● Manage the content calendar and programming across platforms, and oversee the daily deployment of new creative content.
● Collaborate with marketing to identify and brief-in external content creators and brand partners.
● Deliver bi-monthly performance reports to our C-Suite.
Job Requirements
● 5+ years of experience in social content creation
● Excellent fluency in shooting and editing video content for social
● Proven ability to generate engagement and reach on TikTok, Instagram, or YouTube.
● Demonstrated success in executing social campaigns that drive brand awareness and engagement.
● Deep expertise with social media platform analytics, as well as with social media marketing tools like HootSuite, Loomly, Later, Archive, etc.
● Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate strategies and performance to diverse stakeholders.
● Ability to develop and implement efficient processes to support content production and scalability.
● Self-motivated, proactive, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
