Content Creator

Are you passionate about creating stunning visual content and have experience in the real estate industry? We are looking for a talented Content Creator to join our team!

You'll be in charge of making our brand look amazing online, focusing specifically on properties and real estate-related content. This job is for someone who loves to be creative and knows their way around a camera. You'll handle the entire process, from filming to editing and sharing the final video.

What You’ll Do

• Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality videos and photos for social media (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) and our website.
• Capture professional property visuals using Sony cameras, gimbals, and other equipment.
• Edit videos using Adobe Premiere Pro (long-form) and CapCut (short-form/social).
• Collaborate with the team to brainstorm creative ideas and deliver engaging content.
• Stay ahead of social media trends to keep our content fresh, relevant, and exciting.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a Content Creator/Videographer in the real estate industry (must-have).
• Strong portfolio showcasing property-focused work.
• Skilled in using Sony cameras, gimbals, and professional shooting techniques.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro & CapCut.
• Understanding of lighting, sound, and storytelling in video production.
• Independent, creative, and able to manage multiple projects.
