About Us

We are a fast-growing digital marketing company working with leading D2C brands across India. Our focus is on creativity, strategy, and execution that drives results. We are looking for a Content Creator who understands digital-first storytelling, reels, hooks, and creative strategies to engage Gen Z and millennial audiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop creative content strategies for D2C brands (reels, posts, ad creatives, and campaigns).
• Ideate and produce short-form content (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, TikTok-style videos, etc.) with strong hooks and storytelling.
• Write compelling ad copies, captions, and hooks that drive engagement and conversions.
• Collaborate with the design and marketing team to plan content calendars and campaign strategies.
• Stay updated with trending content formats, memes, and viral strategies to reapply for brand campaigns.
• Create briefs for graphic designers & video editors, ensuring content aligns with brand identity.
• Analyze content performance and optimize strategy for better reach and ROI.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience as a Content Creator / Content Strategist / Social Media Executive in a digital marketing agency (D2C brand exposure preferred).
• Strong command of short-form video platforms (Instagram, YouTube Shorts, etc.).
• Experience in content hooks, ad copywriting, and campaign ideation.
• Knowledge of design and editing tools (Canva, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, CapCut, Figma).
• Understanding of digital ad platforms (Facebook, Instagram Ads, Google Ads) is a plus.
• Creative mindset with ability to spot trends early and turn them into engaging brand content.
• Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi.
