JD for the content creator
Key Responsibilities
- Create social media posts, carousels, short videos, GIFs, and visuals based on provided briefs.
- Write clear, engaging captions and copy aligned with campaign objectives and brand tone.
- Adapt and repurpose existing content into platform-specific formats (LinkedIn, Meta, YouTube, etc.).
- Collaborate with the design and marketing team to ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines.
- Maintain content libraries, asset folders, and creative archives for ongoing use.
- Support in brainstorming sessions and share creative input on visuals and messaging.
- Monitor content performance and suggest improvements to enhance engagement.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in content creation or social media design roles.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) or Canva.
- Good understanding of copywriting principles and digital content trends.
- Strong sense of aesthetics, layout, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of LinkedIn, Meta, and Google ad creatives.
- Familiarity with AI tools for ideation and content generation (e.g., ChatGPT, Midjourney).
- Basic understanding of content strategy and analytics.
